The warm waters in and around Belize’s great barrier reef, the second largest barrier reef in the world, offer world-class fishing for many different species using conventional gear.
If you’re interested in reef fishing, we use conventional fishing gear and target snapper, grouper, mackerel, wahoo, cobia, jacks, bonita, barracuda and tuna either by trolling, bottom fishing or spin casting using artificial lures and/or bait.

We also target permit, tarpon, bonefish and snook in different types of water using spin fishing rigs. You don’t have to be a fly fisher to catch these trophy fish!
